Job Description – Machine Operator (Pile\-Driver) **Position:** Machine Operator (Pile\-Driver) **Job Description:** A company specializing in **highway traffic signage** is hiring an experienced **Machine Operator (Pile\-Driver)** to install and maintain road traffic signage and safety devices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate pile\-driving machines to install posts, metal barriers, sign supports, and other highway signage devices. * Conduct daily inspections and pre\-operation checklists of the machine. * Operate the machine safely, following operational procedures and occupational safety regulations. * Assist in preparing and organizing the worksite. * Maintain the machine and its accessories through cleaning, conservation, and preventive maintenance. * Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Collaborate with field teams to ensure service quality and timely completion. * Strictly comply with safety regulations, especially during operations on highways. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience operating pile\-driving machines. * Knowledge of installing metal barriers, posts, and highway signage supports. * Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required. * Commitment, responsibility, organization, and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with traffic signage companies, highway construction firms, or heavy construction. * Training courses in machine operation and NR\-11\. * Familiarity with safety regulations for highway work. **Desired Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accountability. * Proactivity. * Organization. * Commitment to safety. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Focus on quality and productivity.
