




Job Summary: A quality professional focused on management, IATF procedures, customer support, new business development, and production process inspection, with industrial experience. Production process inspection and release * Quality procedures in accordance with IATF; Factory quality management to ensure and guarantee shipment of parts meeting customer standards; Ensure controlled start-up of production, including critical dimensions, necessary tests, and standard parts; produce daily standard parts; train and ensure operators produce quality parts; Manage work folders (Control Plan, Injection Parameter Sheet, Packaging Instruction, QSA-related alerts and recurring issues, training); review existing folders and create missing ones; Manage mold-specific folders containing the checklist (document) upon mold arrival, corrective and preventive maintenance records, and archived expense notes for each intervention; Manage machine preventive maintenance folders per IATF requirements, including corrective and preventive maintenance records and archived expense notes for each intervention; During production, conduct intensive training and maintain alerts per QSA (critical dimensions provided by customer), recurring issues, and training. Customer service and support, technical assistance, 8D, and other quality tools requested by customers; New business development, including mold construction or transfer, following APQP, PDCA, and other methodologies; PPAP preparation per customer-required levels, dimensional report preparation, ensuring necessary corrections until approval; Ensure quality procedures for receiving and shipping, issuing a quality certificate for each shipment; Maintain IATF and 'ISO' recertification, as well as customer audits; Production process inspection and release, measurement instrument validation, procedure development, work instructions, and support for quality-related training. Industrial quality management experience. Assist in quality management procedures and processes, development, production quality, and KPIs.
