This professional will play a key role in organizing purchases, managing supplier relationships, and controlling material inflows and outflows, directly contributing to operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support procurement processes for assets, services, and supplies; * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders; * Monitor delivery deadlines and perform follow-up with suppliers; * Manage inventory (material inflows and outflows); * Update departmental tracking records and spreadsheets; * Contribute to process improvements and cost reduction; * Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. ✅ **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree; * Proven experience in procurement; * Strong organizational and control skills; * Proactive, responsible, and committed profile; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in laboratory or hospital procurement; * Familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (VR) * Food Allowance (VA) * TotalPass * Health and dental insurance * Education assistance * Corporate university * And more Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
