Job Summary: Responsible for all import and export processes, from supplier quotation to customs clearance follow-up and cost and documentation management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages complete import and export processes 2. Conducts strategic negotiations with suppliers and cost control 3. Coordinates customs clearance and material storage · Responsible for all company import and export processes. · Contacts suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate materials in accordance with internal requirements. · Prepares and verifies pre\-cost estimates for all import processes. · Creates import purchase orders via the ERP RM system. · Enters and updates purchase orders in the RM system and internal Excel trackers. · Monitors the entire customs clearance process in coordination with licensed customs brokers. · Provides support to customs brokers and controls associated costs. · Manages material storage at ports and negotiates optimal storage fee terms. · Controls and monitors import and export purchase orders. · Executes material exports in compliance with current legislation and internal requirements. · Verifies, sorts, and files documents for submission to the Tax/Finance Department. · Keeps internal departments informed about process progress. Performs other duties related to the International Trade Department. · Prepares management reports. · Performs other related duties.
