Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling the entry of people and vehicles into the company, guiding visitors, and assisting with material flow to ensure security and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and security 2. Visitor orientation and support 3. Assistance with receiving logistics Responsibilities: Identify individuals and vehicles entering the company; * Guide visitors on vehicle parking procedures and direct them to reception; * Verify freight carrier and driver's name against a list previously prepared by the procurement department; * Identify trucks and personnel entering the receiving area; * Notify the receiving team upon material delivery; * Assist with truck entry and exit; * Monitor pedestrian traffic in company entrance and exit areas; Execution Capability, * Prohibit entry of unauthorized individuals; * Complete gatehouse logs and the company incident register; * Assist with distribution of employee gifts and products. Requirements: Prior experience in this field.
