They will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the sales funnel, identifying genuine business opportunities, contacting potential customers, and ensuring the necessary support for an organized, efficient, and results-oriented commercial operation. In addition to active prospecting, this professional will provide direct support to the sales team and the commercial manager, handling customer service, preparing proposals, organizing information, updating systems, and monitoring internal routines and controls. * Conduct **active prospecting** via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media. * Qualify leads according to the **ideal customer profile**, identifying needs and genuine business opportunities. * Schedule **meetings** for the sales team. * Provide **direct support** to the commercial team and the department manager. * Draft, review, and send **commercial proposals**, quotations, and contracts. * Provide **customer service**, clarifying questions and tracking requests. * Record all interactions, commercial activities, and opportunities in the **CRM**. * Update reports and spreadsheets tracking the sales funnel and commercial KPIs. * Support administrative activities within the department, ensuring organization and process efficiency. * Monitor orders, deadlines, and follow-ups, maintaining alignment with customers and internal teams. * Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve lead intake, qualification, and conversion processes.
