Description
We are hiring a **Maitre** to join our team! Location: Sorocaba Employment type: CLT Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (lunch or dinner shift) Immediate start **Responsibilities:** * Lead the dining room team (waiters and attendants) * Ensure excellence in customer service * Manage reservations and dining room flow * Monitor quality and service standards * Support the manager in daily operations **Requirements:** * Experience as a Maitre or in dining room leadership * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational ability and leadership profile * Flexible availability * Residence in Sorocaba or nearby region **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in high-end restaurants (e.g., Parque Campolim area) * Knowledge of wines and refined service **We offer:** * Competitive salary aligned with the role * Tips / variable compensation * Benefits (transportation allowance, on-site meals, etc.) Salary: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
