




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the availability, maintenance, and updating of IT systems and equipment, providing technical support and implementing solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, maintenance, and updating of the IT systems, applications, and equipment used by the organization. You will directly support end users, resolve incidents, implement solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies, methodologies, and standards. **Responsibilities:** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users in microcomputing environments (hardware, software, and local networks). * Perform installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and corporate applications. * Support Active Directory (AD) administration, email accounts, and access permissions. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. * Analyze and implement technical support solutions based on documentation and industry best practices. * Log, track, and document incidents, ensuring traceability and proper closure of service tickets. * Adhere to and apply company-established policies, methodologies, and standards. * Support ERP systems and other corporate applications, as guided by provided training and documentation. * Collaborate proactively with internal departments, maintaining a professional, ethical, and proactive attitude in user support. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience providing support for operating systems (Windows and/or Linux). * Knowledge of corporate applications and ERP systems. * Familiarity with networking, network printing, and peripheral configuration. * Experience installing and configuring software approved by the company. * Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management. * Critical analytical ability and sound judgment to propose problem-solving solutions. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: BRL 3,200.00/month (CLT) + Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Supplementary Health Plan; * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday; * Work Model: 100% on-site; * Location: Centro – Cabreúva/SP.
