Align candidate profiles with managers, understand requirements, and define sourcing strategies. Support job posting dissemination across major platforms, networks, and recruitment channels. Conduct resume screening, interviews, administer assessments and case studies, and record information in internal systems. Assist in defining the most suitable candidate profile for each position and propose improvements, innovations, and technologies to optimize R&S processes. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this role. Bachelor’s degree completed.
