*Position:* Technical Supervisor for ISP – Fiber Optic *Department:* Operations / Engineering / FTTH Infrastructure *Reporting to:* Operations Management / Technical Directorate *Job Mission* Supervise and ensure technical operational excellence of a fiber-optic internet service provider (ISP), guaranteeing FTTH service quality, field team efficiency, and compliance with SLAs, technical standards, and operational targets. *Key Responsibilities* * Supervise field teams responsible for \*FTTH installation, corrective and preventive maintenance, and technical support\*. * Plan and monitor work orders for installation, repair, address changes, and network maintenance. * Ensure correct execution of activities on \*fiber-optic networks, GPON/XPON, splices, CTOs, splice closures, OLTs, and ONTs\*. * Collaborate closely with the \*NOC\*, monitoring incidents, network failures, fiber breaks, and service degradations. * Monitor and analyze \*operational KPIs\*, such as SLA, MTTR, rework rate, team productivity, installation quality, and fault recurrence. * Ensure strict adherence to \*technical installation and maintenance standards\*, as well as safety regulations (NR-10 and NR-35). * Identify technical and operational bottlenecks, proposing continuous improvements in processes, materials, and work methodologies. * Support technical training, refresher courses, and procedural standardization for teams. * Interface with Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, Procurement, and equipment vendors. * Prepare technical and operational reports to support management decision-making. *Required Qualifications* * Technical or higher education degree in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or related fields. * Proven experience in \*FTTH ISP operations\* and supervision of technical teams. * Solid knowledge of \*fiber optics, GPON/XPON, OLTs, ONTs, Wi-Fi, IP networks, and access infrastructure\*. * Driver’s license category B and availability for field work. * Ability to read and interpret network design documents and FTTH diagrams. * Experience with work order management systems and operational performance indicators. *Preferred Qualifications* * Technical certifications (CCNA, Network+, OLT/ONT vendor certifications). * Experience with ISP management systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, CRM, work order systems). * Knowledge of network monitoring, Wi-Fi quality, and customer experience. * Certifications or training in occupational safety (NR-10 and NR-35). *Behavioral Competencies* * Technical leadership and ability to manage operational teams. * Organization, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility. * Analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation, and results-driven approach. * Clear, concise communication and professional demeanor. * Commitment to quality, standardization, and continuous improvement. *Working Conditions* * Hybrid role: office and field work. * Schedule aligned with ISP operational demands. * Availability for emergency response and network incidents, as required
