Challenging and innovative environment with professional growth We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of **Operations Supervisor** at Anjun Express Logistica e Transportes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for warehouse management and asset control, including receiving and inspection; * Control and direct operational demands; * Monitor performance and productivity, tracking KPIs; * Train, develop, and motivate team members; * Monitor and communicate results, proposing action plans for continuous improvement; * Support auxiliary areas such as quality, safety, and transportation; * Prospect and supervise delivery drivers. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics or related fields; * Experience in e-commerce, with focus on Last Mile operations and people and process management; * Intermediate-level knowledge; * Skills in negotiation and presentations.
