Job Summary: We are seeking a .NET Developer to work on the development and evolution of robust and scalable applications, contributing to technical decisions and continuous improvement. Actively participate in building backend solutions **What We’re Looking For:** We are looking for a **.NET Developer** to work on the development and evolution of robust and scalable applications. The professional will be responsible for actively participating in building backend solutions, contributing to technical decisions, software engineering best practices, and continuous application improvement. **Responsibilities:** We seek a professional with solid experience in .NET development, capable of working in complex environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. We expect an analytical mindset, focus on code quality, and interest in building efficient and scalable solutions. * Develop, maintain, and evolve backend applications using .NET / .NET Core. * Design and implement RESTful APIs and scalable services. * Participate in system architecture definition and development best practices. * Work on integrations between internal systems and external services. * Ensure application quality, performance, and security. • Conduct code reviews and support the team’s technical growth. • Participate in technical discussions, backlog refinements, and architectural decisions. * Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams in agile environments. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in .NET / .NET Core development. * Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming. * Experience developing REST APIs. * Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or similar). * Experience with microservices architecture. * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Familiarity with Git for source code versioning. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). **Desirable / Differentiators:** * Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, or similar). * Experience with Docker and containers. * Knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline automation. * Experience with automated testing. **Behavioral Profile:** We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Has the ability and feels comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in handling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
