We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technically lead development teams in a mission-critical environment; * Drive the evolution and maintenance of large-scale systems, focusing on availability, performance, and security; * Participate in war rooms and act swiftly to resolve production incidents, focusing on response time and root cause analysis; * Evolve modern architectures based on microservices, events, and GraphQL, with efficient management of subgraphs and federation; * Work with scalable infrastructure on AWS, applying security best practices, automation, observability, and cost optimization; * Promote engineering best practices, code reviews, automated testing, API versioning, and DevOps culture; * Support technical decisions related to message queues, caching, database performance, and application and infrastructure security. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Backend & APIs: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Express, GraphQL, Lambda, Containers (Docker, ECS), Apollo Federation, API Gateways, REST, SOAP; * Cloud & Architecture: AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge, API Gateway); * Messaging and Queues: SQS, SNS, Kafka; * Caching & Performance: Redis, CDN, HTTP and application-level caching strategies; * Observability & Diagnostics: Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana; * Security: Security best practices for applications and cloud (IAM, encryption, secrets, hardening, etc.); * Automation & Infrastructure: Terraform, Serverless Framework, AWS SDK, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Fortify, Sonar; * Databases: DynamoDB, Aurora; * Testing & Quality: Jest, Vitest, contract testing, integration testing, load testing; * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Lead; * Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in critical environments; * Deep understanding of microservice integration using GraphQL Federation, subgraphs, and reuse; * Experience with AWS and architectural vision for cloud-based solutions; * Proficiency in scalable infrastructure, queues, caching, and resilient systems; * Knowledge of system and cloud security practices; * Systemic vision and ability to operate in high-availability environments; * Proactive, professionally mature, and passionate about solving complex problems autonomously and collaboratively.
