Job Summary: A professional responsible for patient reception and support, performing administrative tasks, document control, and assisting the medical team. Key Highlights: 1. In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support for patients 2. Administrative support to medical and technical staff 3. Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area Main Responsibilities: \* Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support to patients, delivering information and guidance courteously and clearly. \* Register and update patient data in the clinic's system. \* Monitor patient arrivals and direct them to appropriate departments and responsible professionals. \* Type and review medical reports and test results according to established standards, ensuring accuracy of information. \* Verify the quality of documents delivered to patients, ensuring proper presentation and correctness. \* Organize physical test reports (when printed) and deliver them according to clinic protocols. \* Confirm appointments and tests. \* Manage the inflow and outflow of medical documents and files. \* Provide administrative support to medical and technical staff as needed. \* Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. \* Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Requirements: \* Completed high school education. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
