




Job Summary: The External Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting clients, conducting technical and commercial visits, preparing proposals, and following up on negotiations until closure. Key Highlights: 1. Prospect new clients in various regions. 2. Conduct technical and commercial visits to present products. 3. Maintain relationships with architects, engineers, and construction companies. As an **External Sales Representative**, you will be responsible for: * Prospecting new clients in São Paulo (including the interior and coastal regions), as well as other states upon demand. * Conducting technical and commercial visits to present products. * Preparing commercial proposals and following up on negotiations until closure. * Maintaining relationships with architects, engineers, and construction companies. * Managing post\-sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Updating the CRM system with client and opportunity information. * Participating in trade fairs, events, and company-provided training sessions. **Working Hours:** Business hours, with external client visits in Greater São Paulo and the Coastal Region. Requirements * Proven experience in external sales; experience in the civil construction sector is a plus. * Technical knowledge of windows and doors (fenestration) is a plus. * Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and availability for travel.
