Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Contact delinquent customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Negotiate payment terms, amounts, and conditions respectfully and strategically; * Update information and reports in the system; * Support the team in monitoring customer portfolios; * Adhere strictly to Ultravita's official collections playbook. What We’re Looking For: * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-driven profile; * Discipline in managing daily routines and controls; * Experience in customer service or collections is a plus (but not mandatory).
