We seek a communicative and organized professional with negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset, who enjoys working with public service and performance targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct active and responsive communication with students to negotiate outstanding debts; * Issue payment slips and monitor agreed-upon arrangements; * Update information in the system; * Monitor delinquency status and propose regularization solutions; * Provide courteous service, aiming to retain and foster student loyalty; * Work toward individual and collective targets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for negotiation; * Basic computer literacy; * Prior experience in collections or customer service is a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization; * Proactivity; * Results orientation; * Emotional intelligence; * Teamwork. **Job Details:** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working Hours: To be confirmed Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.870,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
