CNC Operator with initial salary R$ 2948,40 \+ breakfast \+ food allowance \+ transportation allowance paid in cash with no deduction \+ annual profit-sharing bonus and working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM or 8:30 PM to 5:26 AM Job Summary: Operates CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, machining centers) for manufacturing metal parts according to technical specifications and quality standards of the metallurgical industry. Ensures precision, safety, and efficiency throughout the machining process, contributing to achievement of production targets. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines for machining metal parts (steel, cast iron, aluminum, etc.); Prepare and adjust machines according to technical sheets and production orders; Read and interpret technical drawings and machining plans; Perform measurements using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, etc.); Carry out tool changes, tool offsets, and simple adjustments to CNC programs; Monitor dimensional quality of parts during and after the machining process; Record production data and any non-conformities; Perform basic cleaning and inspection of equipment used; Comply with safety regulations, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and internal quality and environmental procedures.
