Collaborate with an engineering excellence team At Instituto Hardware BR, you will get hands-on experience with R&D projects that have real societal impact, working alongside an engineering excellence team. You will be involved in the entire hardware development lifecycle—from schematic design to prototype validation—always focusing on reliability, efficiency, and sound engineering practices. * Design analog and digital circuits for signal acquisition, sensors, and power * Develop electrical schematics in CAD and validate them via simulation (SPICE/LTspice) * Create PCB layouts considering signal integrity and thermal management * Support sensor integration, data acquisition, and communication (Ethernet, USB, CAN) * Participate in prototyping, functional testing, and EMC/EMI testing * Coordinate with suppliers during prototype production and assembly * Integrate hardware with embedded software and mechanical structures Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience as a Senior Hardware Analyst/Engineer * Experience developing analog and digital circuits * Proficiency in design tools (Altium, KiCad, Cadence, or similar) * Experience with circuit simulation (SPICE, LTspice, or equivalent) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical procedures * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines * Availability for 100% on-site work in the lab and technical travel **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with medical standards (e.g., IEC 60601) and safety circuits * Experience with EMC/EMI and best practices for high-reliability routing * Prior involvement in R&D projects in healthcare or medical devices
