Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP or Curitiba \- PR **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst, you will work within the Network Security Operations Management team, performing the following key activities: * Analyze and approve firewall and proxy rule release requests, ensuring communications are secure and compliant with the institution’s network security policy; * Support users in submitting firewall rule requests; * Execute firewall rule cleanup processes; * Perform compliance assessments of security configurations across network infrastructure components (Firewall, Proxy, Routing/Switching, IDS/IPS, NAC, 802\.1X, SASE, Cloud Security, and WAF); * Produce reports and metrics for the Network Security area; * Monitor and handle request queues, flagging SLA risks and escalation needs; **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Networking fundamentals (IPv4/IPv6, subnets, NAT, VLAN, DNS/HTTP/HTTPS/TLS); * Concepts related to Firewall, WAF, Proxy, IDS/IPS, NDR, NAC/802\.1X, SASE; * ITSM concepts (incident, change, problem).
