Our mission is to ensure that the Bradesco Group receives managerial information, results, analyses, and forecasts governed by robust governance frameworks, and to serve as a reference for financial analyses, studies, and projections to enhance the quality and accuracy of organizational decision-making. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Junior Controller Analyst - PcD, you will work in the TO Finance Management, and your main responsibilities will include: * Engaging with initiative owners to clarify questions; * Supporting daily tracking and verification of initiatives; * Conducting financial analysis of business cases to assess feasibility, expected return, and alignment with the area's strategic objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Knowledge of the business’s revenue and expense lines; * Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting (Business Case, Balance Sheet, Income Statement...); * Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation.
