We are seeking a **General Building Maintenance Assistant** to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other structural services. The professional will be responsible for assisting in building upkeep, performing minor repairs, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. **Salary:** R$ 2,074.00 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 25.00 per day * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Reimbursement **Responsibilities:** * **Assist in maintenance tasks:** Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities under supervision. * **Perform various repairs:** Carry out minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and structural installations. * **Building maintenance:** Contribute to the overall building conservation, including cleaning and organization. * **Organization and cleaning:** Keep tools and materials organized and maintain a safe work environment. * **Compliance with regulations:** Properly follow health, safety, and environmental protection standards. * **Assist in loading/unloading:** Support transportation, loading, and unloading of materials and equipment when required. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience as a general assistant, maintenance assistant, or in related fields (preferred); * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance; * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to safety regulations; * Availability for off-site assignments.
