**Key Responsibilities:** · Participate in Projects and/or root-cause improvements of operations · Perform Level 2 analysis and support, applying solutions to SAP SD, FI, and POSDM incidents; · Develop and implement customizations and enhancements to existing enterprise systems, collaborating with internal customers to define business rules, managing configurations, functionalities, and testing through to implementation; · Model new Support processes and propose continuous improvements; · Ensure project scope, timeline, cost, and quality; · Interact with vendors to manage requirements and/or third-party executed projects; · Build a knowledge base of implemented solutions; · Prepare KPIs, status reports, and schedules for Support improvements; **Required Skills:** · Knowledge of business processes integrated with SAP ERP (SD, FI, POSDM) and S4/HANA solutions · Knowledge of retail processes and SAP and POS systems (Point-of-Sale automation) · Knowledge of integration interfaces (API, RFC, SOAP, etc.) · Communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams; self-management aligned with continuous learning; · Problem-solving ability, proactivity, adaptability, and sense of urgency · Analytical and problem-solving skills. · Communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields. · SAP functional certification in SD, ABAP · Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server · Prior experience in SAP projects or POS system implementations. · Negotiation skills (listening, understanding, facilitating process improvements). · Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision. · Advanced English and Spanish Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$5,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
