Tecport Brasil is seeking a **Procurement Analyst** to support departmental routines, ensuring organization, order tracking, and strong supplier relationships. **Responsibilities:** * Obtain quotations from suppliers; * Support the procurement process for materials, supplies, parts, and services; * Issue and track purchase orders; * Negotiate delivery timelines, pricing, and commercial terms; * Monitor deliveries and track deadlines with suppliers; * Update internal departmental spreadsheets and controls; * Assist in organizing documents, contracts, and supplier registrations; * Support inventory analysis and replenishment needs; * Maintain communication with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields are preferred; * Prior experience in procurement, administrative, or logistics roles; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Analytical mindset, attention to deadlines and details; * Negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships; * Proactivity and sense of priority. **Advantages:** * Experience in technical procurement, parts, equipment, or operational materials; * Familiarity with management systems/ERP; * Advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in inventory and supply chain control. **Desired profile:** We seek an organized, responsible, and agile individual capable of handling multiple concurrent tasks.
