Comu is seeking a person to work on the **individual follow-up of creators**, providing informational support, guidance, and organization of routines within TikTok Shop and the company’s internal communities. This role requires clear communication, agility, and the ability to interact with multiple profiles, always adhering to CAP department guidelines. **Responsibilities** * Daily follow-up of assigned creators. * Guidance on routines, campaigns, rules, and notifications related to TikTok Shop. * Sending official announcements, alerts, and materials in relationship groups. * Organizing and relaying operational information per internal instructions. * Forwarding specific questions to relevant departments and tracking responses. * Encouraging participation in content, training sessions, events, and internal activities. * Identifying opportunities to improve creators’ performance. * Maintaining updated records on internal platforms (Drive, Notion, Trello, etc.). * Flagging alert situations, such as inactivity or recurring difficulties. * Representing Comu in an institutional, courteous, and professional manner. **Requirements** **Education (non-eliminatory):** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields. **Desired experience:** * Digital customer service, creator support, community management, or operations. * Familiarity with TikTok or other digital platforms. **Hard Skills:** * Clear written and verbal communication. * Ability to organize and maintain routines. * Basic knowledge of TikTok and TikTok Shop. * Ability to interpret rules and guidelines. * Agility in responding to requests. * Functional use of Drive, Notion, Trello, Sheets, and chat platforms. **Soft Skills:** * Empathy and active listening. * Professional and courteous demeanor. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Consistency in daily routines. * Resilience to handle high volume and frequent changes. * Adaptability to a rapidly growing environment.
