




Responsibilities:* Assist the Barge in responding to customer requests, contributing to the planning, organization, and execution of activities, always under guidance and supervision. * Collaborate in defining specific operational procedures by participating in discussions with responsible parties from involved areas, including the vessel's master, aiming to understand and correctly apply the processes. * Monitor and support the onboard or ROC team, helping ensure company operational procedures are followed while continuously learning about routines and best practices. * Support the Barge in coordinating team activities, including third-party service providers, contributing suggestions and assisting in identifying potential improvements or operational difficulties. * Help keep the Barge and client informed about operational progress during the shift, conveying relevant information clearly and objectively. * Contribute to keeping the team updated on ongoing operations and future schedules, promoting communication and alignment among stakeholders. * Assist in preparing the Daily Occurrence Report (RDO), ensuring information is recorded accurately and systematically, supporting billing and activity tracking. * Support the preparation of technical reports for executed operations, developing skills in technical analysis and documentation. * Promptly report any identified deviations or risks, following established protocols and contributing to operational safety and integrity. QSSMS: * Actively participate in and promote improvements to the company's QSSMS system. * Serve as a focal point in the continuous improvement process and in the principles of SGI management. * Follow and ensure the team adheres to company procedures and policies, including the code of conduct. * Carry out and ensure the team completes mandatory QSSMS training (e-learning and in-person) within required deadlines. * Promote safe behavior and a safe environment onboard the vessel. * Implement the HOC program onboard the vessel, ensuring all deviations are recorded. * Issue and process HOC Cards. * Conduct behavioral audits according to established targets. * Perform QSSMS inspections onboard the vessel or at the ROC, fulfilling your role as visible leadership. * Assist in implementing/maintaining work stoppage programs when unsafe conditions exist, emphasizing the program's importance with your team. * Participate in incident investigation processes and immediately report incidents to the supervisor and project manager upon occurrence. * Participate in developing QSSMS risk plans and risk assessments. * Ensure the use of SMS tools (JSA, JSEA, PT, TBT, etc.) onboard the vessel or at the ROC. * Use and ensure the team uses PPE as required at the location, maintaining it in good condition and requesting replacement when necessary. * Approve PPE replacement requests outside the scheduled timeframe. * Assist in implementing the Operational Discipline procedure.
