





**Job Description** Responsible for handling tickets in our ITSM tool to support environments involving IT systems solutions, AWS/Azure cloud platforms, Linux and Windows operating system administration, Veeam backup tools, and VMware hypervisor. Responsible for generating documentation and procedures for Level 1 support, as well as actively participating in change management activities for patch deployment. **Qualifications** Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems, cloud, and on-premises infrastructure, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. Proficiency in Linux operating systems. Proficiency in Windows operating system. Proficiency in VMware hypervisor. Basic networking knowledge. Desirable: Knowledge of Veeam, Azure, and AWS
