




Description: WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (but we don’t expect a single candidate to meet all requirements): * Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Communications, Journalism, Design, Linguistics, Advertising, Literature, or related fields); * Proven experience as a Content Designer or UX Writer working on digital products; * Proficiency in UX Writing, textual information architecture, and data-informed content design; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience collaborating with product and technology teams; * Ability to clearly, rigorously, and empathetically communicate and justify content decisions; * Experience using collaboration and documentation tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, or similar; * Excellent command of Brazilian Portuguese, with strong attention to clarity, grammar, and inclusive language. Bonus Qualifications: * Experience with digital educational products (EdTech), online learning platforms, or Learning Management Systems (LMS); * Knowledge of Design Systems, contributing to standardization of textual components and style guides; * Experience conducting language research and analyzing tone of voice in digital contexts; * Knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG) as applied to writing; * Hands-on experience with AI-integrated tools and workflows for content creation—e.g., writing assistants and message personalization; * Portfolio featuring real-world UX Writing or Content Design case studies, demonstrating process and measurable impact of solutions delivered. HOW YOU’LL TRANSFORM HEALTH IN DAILY LIFE: * Create and maintain content and microcopy (UX writing) that guides and engages end users across digital products (web and mobile); * Define and evolve the tone of voice and language guidelines for products, ensuring consistency across platforms and user journeys; * Actively participate in discovery phases, collaborating with product and research teams to understand user context, pain points, and motivations; * Translate research insights into content strategies, conversational flows, and narratives that simplify decision-making and improve user experience; * Create and review message flows, labels, instructions, help texts, onboarding copy, and interface communications—always prioritizing accessibility and diversity; * Conduct content usability testing, evaluating text clarity, tone, and effectiveness using data and user feedback; * Collaborate closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of textual and visual experiences; * Support the development and internal dissemination of Content Design as a discipline—sharing best practices and case studies across teams. 2512030202191843715
