Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering or related fields. * Experience with SAP Business One or equivalent systems, ERP, WMS or TMS; * Office Suite (basic or intermediate Excel); * Desired knowledge in Power BI and building intuitive dashboards; * Proven experience in managing distribution centers and logistics teams (onsite/remote); * Strong leadership skills, clear communication, decision-making and performance indicator analysis; * Ability to plan, negotiate and prioritize demands; * Clear and assertive communication; * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement; * Teamwork; * Adaptability; * Results-oriented. * Supervise daily logistics operations at the main distribution center and two regional hubs, ensuring efficiency in storage, delivery, order picking and shipment processes. * Manage logistics teams both onsite and remotely, promoting integration, development and high team performance. * Conduct strategic planning for the area, using performance indicators and reporting results to management. * Administer logistics management systems, with emphasis on SAP Business One, performing inventory controls, cycle counts, material transfers and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies. * Implement safety standards and procedures in storage and transportation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations in the telecommunications sector. * Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers and internal customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and quality enhancement. * Resolve operational challenges, including damage management, returns, exchanges and issuance of fiscal documents. * Lead in-person and virtual meetings for activity alignment, team engagement and organizational development. * Knowledge of logistics processes (receiving, storage, shipping). 251105020223898815
