




Job Summary: Responsible for defining, guiding, and ensuring the technical quality of solution architecture and development, guaranteeing adherence to guidelines and technological sustainability. Responsible for defining, guiding, and ensuring the technical quality of project solution architecture and development, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines, technological sustainability, security, performance, and integration with corporate systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define, establish, and maintain technical standards for development, coding, versioning, and repository organization, ensuring code quality, standardization, and source-code governance; * Ensure solution compliance with architectural, regulatory, and technological guidelines established by the contracting agency; * Evaluate, validate, and approve technologies, frameworks, components, and services used by the team—including AI Builder tools, licensing models, and cloud services—considering technical feasibility, security, and cost-effectiveness; * Ensure consistency and integrity of the solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle, preventing technical deviations and technological fragmentation; * Provide technical guidance to the team during implementation of required functionalities, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, quality requirements, security, and performance; * Define the technical implementation order of requirements, considering dependencies, risks, architectural impacts, and technical complexity; * Propose preventive technical improvements related to information security, environment performance, scalability, stability, and development best practices; * Identify, monitor, and promote actions to control and reduce technical debt, ensuring solution sustainability and continuous evolution; * Provide technical support for integrations with corporate systems, such as digital signature solutions, Big Data platforms, and organizational structure systems, ensuring interoperability, security, and compliance; * Actively participate in project ceremonies—including daily meetings (Daily Meetings), Sprint Planning, and progress review meetings—contributing technical direction, risk analysis, and strategic alignment.
