Responsabilidades * Verificar la temperatura, higiene y limpieza del lugar de trabajo, así como del equipo y utensilios de cocina. * Brindar apoyo en la supervisión y orientación del almacenamiento, preparación y distribución de comidas; * Asistir en la verificación de solicitudes y recepción de mercancías, garantizando la calidad en la preparación de los platos. * Participar en reuniones y capacitaciones relacionadas con el área de nutrición.
