Join us as one of the \#TalentosCN! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure vibration measurement and analysis of rotating equipment in the plant, minimizing equipment failures through respective measurements and identification of potential performance deviations. * Support execution of equipment inspections, assisting area inspection teams to ensure plan implementation and identification of possible anomalies. * Develop systematic predictive inspection plans for newly installed equipment. * Support scheduling of planned maintenance activities by evaluating outstanding maintenance tasks and prioritizing them jointly with area supervisors, thereby anticipating material or service procurement needs and providing predictability to the procurement and maintenance teams. * Perform dynamic balancing and alignment of rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and achieve maintenance reliability. * Ensure execution and control of NDT, NR\-13, and structural inspection tests. * Prepare technical reports on performed measurements and equipment status, providing actionable information to execution teams regarding intervention requirements—specifying where and how to act—and tracking equipment evolution after corrective interventions. * Support equipment registration by gathering technical specifications and spare parts data to optimize activities conducted during vibration analysis. * Ensure use of vibration control software—including equipment registration, route setup, data updates—and optimize measurement routes to guarantee reliable information and higher productivity in activity execution. * Promote reduction of equipment failures by performing critical analyses and root cause studies of equipment shutdowns—or repetitive shutdowns—and proposing technical solutions. * Ensure all oil analysis reports are reviewed to identify potential anomalies or conditions requiring intervention; track implementation of defined actions; and analyze oil reports alongside collected equipment vibration data to prevent corrective maintenance. * Support development of new projects and commissioning of new equipment to identify potential anomalies and ensure standardization of structures and maintenance practices. * Encourage development of equipment maintenance procedures and promote training of maintenance teams to achieve required productivity and quality levels for excellence in maintenance. * Conduct technical studies and assessments to develop new suppliers, rationalize costs, and optimize equipment performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Course in Mechanical, Electrotechnical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
