With multiple units in strategic locations, the company aims to provide guests with a pleasant experience. **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing foods and dishes served in hotel restaurants, cafés, and events. Perform ingredient pre-preparation, including washing, cutting, and sanitizing food items. Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, as well as that of preparation areas, utensils, and equipment. Support the setup and restocking of workstations, ensuring availability for service. Transport supplies and food between departments according to kitchen demand. Comply with hygiene and food safety standards, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Assist in washing and maintaining kitchen utensils and equipment. Collaborate with the kitchen team, providing support for operational tasks as needed. Contribute to efficiency, quality, and standardization of hotel food services. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
