Analyze business demands, metrics, and results along the business–people axis to plan and propose solutions (e.g., hiring, training, workplace reorganization, leadership development, technology adoption, etc.). Serve as the communication channel between managers and their teams, facilitating effective communication and fostering an appropriate organizational climate to support all activities. Empower leaders through training, coaching, mentoring, and other tools to achieve high performance—with emphasis on business objectives, quality, and well-being. Support internal clients in people-related decisions, including monitoring and validating offboarding processes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested;
* Propose improvements to departmental routines and processes;
* Populate departmental KPIs;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Provide support to employees on matters related to the department;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Serve as the focal point for internal clients;
* Analyze business demands, metrics, and results along the business–people axis to plan and propose solutions (e.g., hiring, training, workplace reorganization, leadership development, technology adoption, etc.);
* Serve as the communication channel between managers and their teams, facilitating effective communication and fostering an appropriate organizational climate to support all activities;
* Implement alignment and integration strategies among managers, employees, and business interests to improve internal processes;
* Empower leaders through training, coaching, mentoring, and other tools to achieve high performance—with emphasis on business objectives, quality, and well-being;
* Guide leaders on best practices for employee development;
* Conduct interventions for organizational climate management;
* Evaluate implemented practices by providing two-way feedback—to both employees and leaders;
* Execute corporate actions and programs jointly with client departments;
* Conduct leadership profile assessments for internal or external candidates applying to open positions within client departments;
* Execute and monitor specific programs for leadership layers and successor development;
* Deliver and/or monitor new employee onboarding programs—especially for leadership roles—within client departments;
* Support internal clients in people-related decisions, including monitoring and validating offboarding processes;
* Support leaders in delivering feedback and implementing disciplinary measures; • Conduct exit interviews for leadership positions;
* Support the HR Development Office (DHO) in monitoring cohorts of leadership development and training programs;
* Support the Occupational Health and Safety Department (SESMT) in PCD (Persons with Disabilities) homologation processes and in tracking/updating periodic medical examinations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Basic computer literacy, basic mathematics knowledge, and performance management experience.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Training in Business Partnering or Mentoring;
* Experience with succession planning, performance evaluation, and leader development;
* Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs);
* Knowledge of people management strategies, strategic planning, and project and process management.
