If you are passionate about what you do and seek a dynamic and challenging environment, this is your opportunity. **About the position:** * We are seeking Administrative Apprentices to perform operational and routine administrative tasks, including data entry, material control, support to other departments, and assisting with other activities compatible with the responsibilities and competencies of the area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in organizing, issuing, verifying, and controlling general documents; * Support general processes by monitoring deadlines, performing verifications, and ensuring the validity of received and entered data; * Provide routine or on-demand data and information support to managers and analysts; * Assist in attending to and communicating with internal customers and users, providing guidance, gathering information, requesting responses, and ensuring proper process execution. **Mandatory Requirements** * Be between 18 and 22 years old; * Interest in Administrative and Commercial areas; * Good communication skills and ability to work in teams; * Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts; * Completion of high school is a plus. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
