Leadership and team management skills Construction Supervisor Position Description: The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all construction phases, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality, and safety on the construction site. Responsibilities: * Attend kick-off meetings with construction coordination; * Organize and oversee third-party teams and equipment across various work fronts; * Verify compliance of service areas released by contractors; * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Review daily progress reports; * Prepare daily activity, production, and incident reports for the Contract Coordinator; * Direct, guide, and monitor tasks performed by foremen under their supervision; * Interact with suppliers and other stakeholders involved in the construction process. * Approve measurement bulletins for completed works and ensure third-party costs align with the budget. Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Prior experience as a Construction Supervisor. * Knowledge of safety and quality standards in civil construction. * Leadership and team management skills. * Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours. * Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Lean Construction and experience with metal structures.
