**Job Mission:**
Perform quality control-related tasks, conducting analyses on raw materials, in-process products, finished products, and packaging materials.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Your challenges will include:**
* Monitoring production routines and conducting inspections;
* Requesting and releasing materials via system;
* Performing and monitoring process control analyses;
* Conducting quality-focused training;
* Preparing and reviewing documentation relevant to the Quality Control area;
* Blocking non-conforming materials;
* Monitoring non-conformance reports;
* Conducting inspections focused on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and storage;
* Evaluating and responding to customer service (SAC) requests;
* Registering chemical product usage with the Federal Police;
* Performing sensory evaluations;
* Preparing simulation reports;
* Assisting in the implementation of quality control improvement projects;
* Collecting samples.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields is preferred;
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience in food quality and/or production areas;
* Knowledge of regulatory standards (HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, etc.);
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in this or related areas;
* Availability for external activities.
**Preferred qualifications include:**
* Knowledge of BI tools, PowerApps, etc.;
* Understanding of industrial processes;
* Familiarity with food legislation;
* Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC);
* Basic understanding of Food Defense and Food Fraud;
* HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and proficiency in FSSC 22000 standard.
