Responsibilities and Duties * Support planning and control of logistics operations. * Monitor goods receipt, storage, and dispatch processes. * Issue and verify transportation documents and invoices. * Monitor orders and delivery deadlines with carriers and customers. * Update logistics management systems and tracking reports. * Track operational KPIs (delivery time, costs, damages). * Support negotiations and relationships with suppliers and service providers. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields currently in progress is desirable). * Prior experience in administrative or logistics routines. * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, management systems). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Desirable Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in transportation, distribution, or warehousing companies. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs and data analysis. * Proactivity and ability to handle operational contingencies.
