If you enjoy working with people, tackling challenges, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this is your place! **Your Mission Here** Support operational activities related to controlling Dominalog’s transfer matrix, returns, reverse logistics, and pickups. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze cargo manifests, pickup manifests, transfer manifests, route itineraries, and retail manifests; * Register vehicles and drivers in the internal system, aligned with approved insurance providers; * Monitor vehicle tracking processes; * Control and analyze general spreadsheets, supporting internal performance indicator data; * Support vehicle release processes, invoice verification, and pickup generation; * Analyze KPIs and report necessary information to respective departments; * Extract reports and report necessary information to related departments; * Act as guardian of the Code of Conduct guidelines and as an ambassador of Dominalog’s culture, mission, and values. **Requirements** Completed high school education; Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; Aptitude for working with numbers; Organizational skills; Teamwork orientation. **Work Schedule**: To be determined **What We Offer** **Meal/ Food Allowance:** BRL 26.00 per day (no payroll deduction) **Transportation Allowance** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no deduction; optional plans with deduction available) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** Available after hiring—you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR):** Based on Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) **Birthday Day Off:** One paid day off on your birthday, effective after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** Special newborn kit available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, effective after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
