Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation JOB POSTING – SENIOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANT (CIVIL CONSTRUCTION) We are seeking a Senior Financial Assistant to work in the finance department, supporting operational routines and contributing to the organization and reliability of financial information. **Location:** Beira-mar da Av. Cabo Branco – João Pessoa/PB **Work Mode:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Compensation and Benefits * Gross salary: R$ 2.300,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 300,00 + Transportation allowance * Banked hours system, when overtime is required * Personal vehicle is not required * No work on Saturdays Differentiator * Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT. Requirements * 1–2 years of experience in finance, preferably in construction or real estate development companies. * Practical experience with the SIENGE system. * Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities. Main Responsibilities * Execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable routines. * Issuance and clearance of payment slips (boletos). * Daily bank reconciliation. * Support in relationship management with banks, clients, and accounting departments. * Updating financial controls and reports.
