Employee assistance and documentation management **Description:** Minimum Education: Completed or currently pursuing high school education; age between 18 and 24 years; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; some experience in activities related to the department. Assist in departmental processes by organizing documents according to received instructions, verifying defined standards, checking prior precedents or parameters to meet the requirements of each activity; Assist in internal assessments by gathering data and information as requested by the immediate supervisor to address departmental needs; Contribute to spreadsheet and report preparation by following instructions from the immediate supervisor, assisting with simulations, performing calculations, and editing text as required by departmental needs; Provide employee assistance by identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate department and/or responsible personnel; Assist in receiving, verifying, and archiving various documents, following instructions from the immediate supervisor; Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system. 2512120202501915629
