Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing surface finishing and material loading/unloading, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and adjust application and decoration equipment 2. Perform and record product control tests 3. Monitor the process to identify and correct defects Perform surface finishing and loading/unloading of materials from box carts in the glazing department, aiming to achieve production targets, ensure product quality, and satisfy customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and adjust input application equipment according to technical specifications; * Perform and record product control tests (e.g., density, layer thickness, etc.) as per the inspection plan; * Check raw material stock levels and notify the responsible person for replenishment; * Clean equipment as required by the process; * Monitor the process to identify and correct defects; * Inspect and prepare for reference changeovers (raw materials, equipment, and parts); * Place trial samples; * Operate and adjust decoration equipment according to technical specifications; * Operate and adjust box loading/unloading machines; * Complete production reports as per production control requirements; * Monitor products entering the kiln; * Inspect box carts; * Monitor alarms from loading machines and kilns; * Clean and organize the work area; * Use metrological instruments in the department according to procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education.
