Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to support the organization and delivery of OSH training, conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS), perform onboarding, and accompany safety inspections at the factory. Contributing to the development of safety culture Description: We are looking for a candidate with: * Technical Course in Occupational Safety, registered with the competent authority. * Knowledge of the SOC system. * Knowledge of SAP. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with management systems. * Prior experience working in Risk Level 4 companies. You will stand out if you have: * Fire Brigade Training Certificate. * Certification as NR-22, NR-33, and NR-35 Instructor. * Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably cement production). Location and Work Schedule: * Pitimbu/PB Factory * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site * Support the organization, delivery, and implementation of mandatory OSH trainings and campaigns, including Job Instructions for critical activities. * Conduct simple DDS and reinforce safety guidance and operational routines. * Perform onboarding for direct employees and third-party/partner personnel. * Enter and maintain up-to-date information in the OSH management system (SOC). * Deliver and manage PPE through SAP and SOC systems. * Accompany safety inspections in operational and administrative areas. * Record safety deviations and support follow-up on corrective actions. * Guide employees on safe work practices, under the support and supervision of a Senior or Lead Technician. * Accompany critical activities under supervision, such as working at heights, confined space entry, and hazardous energy isolation. * Contribute to the development of safety culture, especially among newly hired employees. * Support field safety process and activity management. 2512250202491935173
