Requirements: \- Prior after-sales experience (parts and services) preferred \- Skills in customer service, sales, and relationship management. \- Completed high school education \- Passion for motorcycles \- Driver's License Category A Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide technical support; * Identify maintenance or inspection needs and requirements; * Monitor, inspect, and prioritize workshop services; * Establish timelines, communicate pricing and payment terms; * Manage warranty processes and requests; * Prepare estimates and create service orders in the system; * Issue parts orders and invoices; * Track parts and warranty requests; * Keep customers informed about service progress and completion; * Close service orders and ensure high-quality vehicle delivery; * Register customers and maintain accurate warranty records for performed services; * Inventory control.
