We believe in promoting our values through our brands, people, and products—advocating inclusion, the "do-it-yourself" and "eco\-friendly" cultures through the green and shared economy, generating wealth while caring for nature—not only through our services but also through the engagement of our employees, franchisees, and customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute the Hi Group’s and its business units’ social media strategy. * Manage and strengthen the brand’s digital community. * Produce and supervise strategic, high-impact content. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate analytical reports. * Develop engagement and conversion campaigns. * Manage the multi-brand editorial calendar. * Handle online crisis and reputation management. * Implement growth and organic traffic strategies. * Support branding, positioning, and employer branding initiatives. * Integrate digital marketing with commercial, franchise, and technology departments. **Daily Tasks** * Plan and execute the social media strategy. * Define personas and tone of voice aligned with the Hi Group’s culture. * Create monthly strategic plans per group company. * Adapt strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. * Track digital trends and market benchmarking. * Manage and strengthen the digital community. * Interact with followers, franchisees, customers, and partners. * Respond to comments and messages promptly and with strategic positioning. * Create initiatives that encourage UGC (user-generated content). * Develop actions to increase community retention and loyalty. * Produce and supervise strategic content. * Write scripts, persuasive copy, and institutional storytelling. * Collaborate with designers and videomakers. * Ensure visual and textual brand consistency. * Adapt technical content (machinery, technology, chemicals) into accessible language. * Monitor metrics and generate reports. * Track reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics. * Use tools such as Meta Business, Google Analytics, and CRM. * Present strategic reports to executive leadership, including continuous improvement plans. * Develop engagement and conversion campaigns. * Create promotional campaigns for franchises and products. * Develop integrated content funnels aligned with sales. * Implement digital launch strategies. * Manage the editorial calendar. * Organize the monthly posting schedule. * Align commercial dates and institutional campaigns. * Ensure posting frequency and consistency. * Manage crises and online reputation. * Monitor brand mentions. * Respond to criticism ethically and strategically. * Create preventive digital crisis management plans. * Implement growth strategies. * Apply social SEO techniques. * Develop partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors. * Test A/B formats and strategies to optimize results. * Support branding and employer branding. * Create content reinforcing organizational culture and values. * Promote internal initiatives, achievements, and success stories. * Position the Hi Group as a reference in innovation and franchising. * Integrate marketing with strategic departments. * Collaborate with sales to generate qualified leads. * Support franchisees with digital marketing guidelines. * Align strategies with the group’s technology and innovation initiatives. **What We’re Looking For: Soft and Hard Skills** Hard Skills: * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience managing social media and digital communities. * Proficiency in analytics metrics and tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, RD Station, or similar). * Knowledge of copywriting, storytelling, and digital sales funnels. * Familiarity with SEO, branding, and inbound marketing. * Experience in strategic content planning.
