Organization of motivational and professional lectures Description: Responsible for students' emotional guidance, mental processes, and social development, aiming to improve their personal and academic development. Responsibilities and Duties Support for parents and students; * Individual and group reception of spontaneous requests related to the school environment and emotional situations; * Design and implementation of motivational projects with students; * Delivery of vocational and career guidance activities for students; * Participation in pedagogical on-call shifts alongside coordinators; * Clarification for families and students regarding the school's methodology and objectives; * Emphasis on the importance of guidance and development of a study schedule. * Organization and delivery of lectures addressing emotional, motivational, and professional needs; * Invitation and guidance of external professionals for lectures or meetings with students, families, and teachers. * Monitoring the adaptation process of new students. * Participation in class councils. * Support for students referred by Pedagogical and Formative Coordinations, via the SOEP referral spreadsheet. * Cataloging of various types of support requests (emotional, family-related, study guidance, etc.) in a dedicated spreadsheet. * Reception of students and teachers, intervening in conflicts between them; * Support for parents and clinical professionals accompanying students outside of school; * Monitoring of project implementation, prevention, and promotion initiatives linked to pedagogical coordination. * Monitoring of support for students receiving assistance from external professionals. * Cataloging of medical/psychological reports, analysis of information, sharing with involved professionals, and monitoring whether needs are being addressed. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Psychology with registration at the Regional Psychology Council (CRP) * Prior experience in clinical practice or related fields 2511280202191890342
