Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing emotional and academic guidance to students, performing welcoming services, developing projects, and delivering pedagogical follow-up. Welcoming and follow-up support for students and parents **Description** Responsible for emotional guidance, mental processes, and social development of students, aiming to improve their personal and academic growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** Providing services to parents and students; – Individual and collective welcoming of spontaneous requests related to the school environment and emotional situations; – Designing and implementing motivational projects with students; – Conducting vocational and professional orientation activities with students; – Participating in pedagogical on-call shifts together with coordinators; – Clarifying the school’s methodology and objectives to families and students; – Emphasizing the importance of guidance and developing a study schedule. – Organizing and delivering lectures related to emotional, motivational, and professional topics; – Inviting and guiding external professionals to deliver lectures or hold meetings with students, families, and teachers. – Supporting new students’ adaptation process. – Participating in class councils. – Attending to students referred by Pedagogical and Formative Coordinations via the SOEP referral spreadsheet. – Cataloging various types of service requests (emotional, family-related, study guidance, etc.) in a dedicated spreadsheet. – Welcoming students and teachers, intervening in conflicts between them; – Providing services to parents and clinical professionals supporting students outside school; – Supporting implementation of projects, prevention, and promotion initiatives coordinated by the pedagogical team. – Monitoring services addressing specific needs of students supported by external professionals. – Cataloging assessment reports, analyzing information, sharing it with involved professionals, and monitoring whether needs are being met. **Requirements and Qualifications** – Degree in Psychology with registration at the Regional Psychology Council (CRP) – Prior experience in clinical services or related fields
