Our environment is collaborative, diverse, and challenging, encouraging professional growth and continuous innovation, with well-defined goals and performance-based recognition. **Main Responsibilities** * Support calculation of direct and indirect taxes according to current legislation; * Assist in preparing, verifying, and submitting ancillary tax obligations; * Record fiscal documents in the Domínio system; * Issue product and service invoices in the Omie system; * Ensure fiscal compliance of operations and support interpretation of tax legislation; * Organize and maintain updated physical and digital tax files; * Provide basic tax support to internal company departments; * Support during audits and inspections; * Participate in verification and maintenance of tax registrations for products, customers, and suppliers; * Suggest operational improvements in tax and billing routines under supervision. **Daily Tasks** **Tax Calculation** * Assist in calculating ICMS, ISS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL taxes; * Verify tax bases, rates, CST, CFOP, and NCM codes; * Support verification of tax credits and perform adjustments per leadership guidance. **Ancillary Obligations** * Support generation and validation of ancillary obligations: SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF/DCTFWeb, GIA, EFD\-Reinf, and PGDAS\-D; * Address pending issues and inconsistencies flagged by official validators; * Monitor deadlines and submissions according to the company’s fiscal schedule. **Fiscal Bookkeeping – Domínio System** * Record incoming and outgoing invoices in the Domínio system; * Validate fiscal documents for tax and fiscal data accuracy; * Support recording returns, cancellations, and document adjustments. **Billing – Omie System** * Issue NF\-e and NFS\-e in the Omie system according to transaction nature; * Validate applicable taxes, registration data, and commercial terms; * Maintain control over cancelled, substituted, or corrected fiscal documents. **Fiscal Compliance and Internal Support** * Perform tax routines per internal checklists and standards; * Support Commercial, Accounting, and Finance departments on tax-related queries and validations; * Monitor legislative changes under supervision of the tax manager. **Controls, Files, and Audits** * Organize electronic tax files (XML, DANFE, reports); * Support reconciliations between fiscal and accounting records; * Provide information and documents requested during internal and external audits. **Systems and Routines** * Efficiently use Domínio and Omie systems for tax and billing activities; * Verify tax registrations and propose adjustments when necessary; * Suggest improvements and automation for tax routines focused on efficiency. **What We Seek:** **Hard Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; Knowledge of direct and indirect tax calculation; * Practical experience with tax systems (Domínio and Omie preferred); * Familiarity with SPEDs, ancillary obligations, and tax legislation; * Proficiency in Excel and fiscal verification tools. **Soft Skills:** * Technical rigor and attention to detail; * Analytical ability and organizational skills; * Proactivity and commitment to continuous learning; * Professional ethics, discretion, and responsibility; * Innovative mindset aligned with Grupo Hi’s collaborative culture. **Work Schedule (44 hours/week):** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM and 1:30 PM–5:30 PM (onsite at company headquarters). **Compensation:** To be discussed Market-competitive salary aligned with regional standards **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance * 60 Minutes Laundry Credit * Life insurance * Medical assistance – telemedicine * Weelhub (Gympass) * Well-being allowance: psychologist and nutritionist support **We Offer:** A challenging, motivating, and innovative environment for those who wish to grow with us!
