Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal cost-benefit ratio. 2. Issue and track purchase orders throughout the entire procurement cycle. 3. Manage supply contracts and delivery timelines. 4. Prospect new suppliers and develop strategic alternatives. 5. Analyze procurement, consumption, and performance indicators. 6. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and workflows. 7. Evaluate supplier performance (timeliness, quality, and pricing). 8. Collaborate closely with inventory, finance, and operations teams. 9. Support technical, production, and operational procurement processes. 10. Manage sales operations on Mercado Livre (resale of company assets and idle items). What We Seek: **Hard Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management. * Knowledge of procurement performance indicators (KPIs). * Familiarity with ERP systems. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Marketplace experience (especially Mercado Livre) is a plus. * Basic understanding of contract management and supply chain. **Soft Skills:** * Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities. * Analytical thinking and strategic vision. * Organizational and priority management skills. * Clear and assertive communication. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Ethics and innovative spirit. * Adaptability and focus on continuous improvement.
