Focus on workplace safety and quality 10 Positions (PwD): Construction Helper Location: Maceió/AL Employment Type: CLT – Monthly Salary Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements: - Incomplete elementary education; - Prior experience as a construction helper or in related fields is desirable; - Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and work on-site; - Desire to learn and adhere to safety and quality standards; - Availability to work during regular business hours; Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the construction site; - Assist in transporting materials and tools; - Prepare concrete and mortar mixtures for use on-site; - Support teams in excavation and soil leveling tasks; - Load, unload, and store construction materials; - Perform tasks such as formwork filling and material compaction; - Assist in assembling and dismantling scaffolds and temporary structures; - Verify leveling and alignment of structures; - Carry out simple repairs and adjustments on applied surfaces and materials; - Monitor proper material usage to avoid waste and ensure quality Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.640,00 – R$1.655,44 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
